Leaflet Free & Premium App Overhaul
Improving user trust and engagement in daily plant care through a genuinely useful free experience, while reserving deeper insight for premium users.
As Leaflet’s product and audience expanded, our fully paid model created friction and limited adoption. This project redefined the core plant profile to deliver essential plant care for free, while introducing a premium tier with deeper health insights and long-term trends, aligning user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across product, design, and engineering.

Fora Health Admissions Pipeline
Improving patient access and care through cross-team alignment and strategic process design
Fora Health faced long waitlists and missed revenue targets due to outdated workflows, an unmanaged CRM pipeline, and limited cross-department alignment. Admissions staff lacked tools to track screenings or coordinate with patients and referents, leaving intake slots unused despite high demand. These bottlenecks created duplicated work, unpredictable workloads, and significant delays in connecting people to care.

Brave Atlas Responsive Website
Translating operational rules, membership models, and shared resource constraints into a clear, maintainable digital system
Brave Atlas is a print-making studio that required a website that could support both public discovery and the operational complexity of managing memberships, payments, and shared studio resources. With limited platform flexibility and no custom code, the challenge was designing booking logic that reflected real studio operations while remaining clear, fair, and manageable for a new business.
